I LOST IT ALL!!!

Okay... I tried to change my background and lost some widgets... THEN I LOST EVERYTHING ON MY BLOG! Sooooooo... if you go to the old page it just shows this background with absolutely nothing on it. "Technology murders people." I'm not a happy camper at the moment!!!
